Fraser’s Restaurant opened in 1993, with executive chef Chris Taylor at the helm. Since this date the company has expanded to include The Old Brewery, BWG Steakhouse, Indiana, The Botanical Café, airport and DFO venues – Longneck, Machinetta, Haymarket, Loco Poco and most recently has extended to offsite catering.
Whilst the company has grown our philosophies have remained as they were all those years ago, maintaining a family orientated culture, warm and welcoming service with a passion to create incredible food experiences and a devotion to produce exquisite events. Executive Chef Chris Taylor is an advocate for using the best West Australian produce and this transcends across the portfolio of venues. His philosophy allows the produce to speak for itself – honest flavours, simple yet deftly prepared and respectfully handled.

Waterlogic was originally founded in 1992. Since then, we’ve grown into a leader in point-of-use water purification. Only Waterlogic machines combine sophisticated water filtration with UV purification. Their products we manufacture ourselves, they add a special silver anti-microbial called BioCote protection for that extra level of defence from bacteria. Clearly, they take what they do very seriously and they’re not messing around.
