Del Basso Smallgoods is a proudly Western Australian owned and operated smallgoods company that has been established since 1957. Their company is well placed in the market on a national basis and they specialise in the manufacture of Italian, Continental and Colonial smallgoods. Del Basso Smallgoods also are suppliers of an extensive range of fresh meats including prime cuts of Beef, Veal, Lamb and Pork, They operate a fleet of five refrigerated vehicles and from their centrally located premises (five minute drive to the Perth City Centre) which services the metropolitan area on a daily basis. Del Basso Smallgoods is committed to meeting its customers needs and expectations for quality performance, safety and reliability.



Fraser’s Restaurant opened in 1993, with executive chef Chris Taylor at the helm. Since this date the company has expanded to include The Old Brewery, BWG Steakhouse, Indiana, The Botanical Café, airport and DFO venues – Longneck, Machinetta, Haymarket, Loco Poco and most recently has extended to offsite catering.

Whilst the company has grown, their philosophies have remained as they were all those years ago, maintaining a family orientated culture, warm and welcoming service with a passion to create incredible food experiences and a devotion to produce exquisite events. Executive Chef Chris Taylor is an advocate for using the best West Australian produce and this transcends across the portfolio of venues. His philosophy allows the produce to speak for itself – honest flavours, simple yet deftly prepared and respectfully handled.

Whether it be grabbing a coffee and breakfast before work, enjoying a cocktail on a girls' night out, or a downing a beer before heading to RAC Arena, The Shoe Bar can accommodate. The Shoe Bar offers contemporary dining over two levels, and the food is classic pub fare that's generous in portion. The Function Room has great views of the city and is available for functions, meetings, sundowners and birthdays for up to 95 guests.
